Eligibility for the ECBA Certification Exam:
- You can appear for the ECBA certification exam only if you fit in all the below-mentioned points.
- You do not require any prior work experience to appear for the ECBA exam.
- You must have gained Professional Development for a minimum of 21 hours during the past 4 years.
- You shall be required to sign an agreement respecting the code of conduct regulated by IIBA for the ECBA certification.
Eligibility for the PMP Certification Exam:
To become eligible for the PMP certification exam, you must fit in either of the two eligibility criteria put forward by PMI:
- A high school diploma holder needs to have a work experience of at least 5 years with 7500 hours of professional work, leading or managing projects. In addition, he/she also shall have to complete a formal study program of 35 hours.
- However, a degree holder requires only 3 years of work experience with 4500 hours spent working as a Project manager, handling several projects. The person also needs to complete a formal PMP course of 35 hours before he could finally appear for the certification exam.
