What is PMP?
Project Management Professionals is a professional level course for project managers who have been employed for a long time in the field and are now urging them to become competent. The PMP Prep Course is given by the Institute of Project Management (PMI). T is considered to be one of the corporate market's top qualifications, but one needs to train for a rigorous PMP exam to be accredited in the same.
What is ECBA?
It stands for Entry Certificate in Business Analysis. This checks the awareness and terminology of the foundations he/she has connected to the work. This primarily tests the basic knowledge of BABOK (Business Analysis Book of Knowledge). In order to become a qualified analyst who would improve his/her career, one must appear on the ECBA test.
Why the selection of these courses?
We still go to the courses we've learned from someone or seen someone do. We never know what is going to help our profession to succeed further.
- If an individual is a Project Manager, he/she would be familiar with all the dos and would also have the ability to complete each project on time. If they prepare the PMP Exam and get certified successfully, then they are considered to be more knowledgeable, such holders are also given the preference.
- On the other hand, if you are an ECBA holder, you would be seen by the company and employers as someone who has the central and fundamental knowledge of the position of a business analyst.
Only note that if you enrolled for this course or the other test, you must participate in the ECBA exam no matter what course you do, whether it is Project Management or Business Analyst Certification. But it is a must to crack it and pass it with flying colours.
