You must be aware of the importance of PMP Certification in professional life and the significance of PMI Certification if you are even remotely related to the field of Project Management. However, if you are from the business analyst sector, the importance of training for business analysts and the value of IIBA certifications must be well understood. PMP and IIBA respectively are the best of the certifications governed under these great institutes. However, in order to receive a certification examination from any of them, the applicants are, first of all, required to meet all the basic criteria which are necessary for their certification examination to be submitted. Are you qualified to appear for the PMP Certification?

  1. It definitely takes a whole lot of job experience to appear for the PMP Certification. Check your eligibility with these points:
  2. All you need is 5 years of work experience, along with 7,500 hours of professional work completed during that time if you are a high school diploma holder. In addition, it is also mandatory to provide 35 hours of PMP Exam training.
  3. However, after 3 years and 4500 hours of work experience, individuals who have a secondary degree or some other higher qualification may apply for the certification test. It is also mandatory to have 35 hours of prep,

Are you qualified to appear for the CCBA Certification?

  1. They must have a diploma from high school.
  2. They must have earned at least 7 years of work experience as well.
  3. In the last 4 years, they would have gained 21 hours of professional development.
  4. They would agree to all the terms and conditions as well.
  5. They must also comply with the code of conduct that is compulsory for the exam.

However, you should try your hands to get their alternative lower level qualification if you do not have this much experience to appear for any of the above-mentioned certifications. The CAPM Certification is an alternate for PMP and the ECBA Certification is an alternate credential for business analyst preparation.
