Details about the ECBA Certification:

ECBA is an IIBA-regulated entry-level qualification. The applicants must meet the conditions laid down by IIBA to apply for the same:

  • Application for an IIBA Qualification test shall include a certificate at least high school or higher.
  • In the past four years, the applicant also needed a minimum of 21 hours of professional advancement.
  • All conditions and the Code of Conduct made mandatory by IIBA should also be complied with by the applicant.

Details about the CAPM Certification:

CAPM is an entry-level qualification governed by PMI project management. The candidates must pass the qualification test to receive the same. The applicant must meet the detailed requirements specified below in order to attend the certification examination:

  • The applicant shall earn a high school diploma or a rigorous comparable minimum educational qualification.
  • At least 1,500 hours of work experience in project management must also be completed by the applicants. However, those applying for a qualification test who have no specified work experience can also attend the CAPM exam after 23 hours.

If you have a lot of experience in project management and you don't have CAPM certification. PMP certification may also be applied for and is governed by the PMI Institute. However, a minimum of 5 years' work and a whole lot of PMP Exam prep is expected.
