As understood in PMP Course online - the project manager must be flexible and adaptable at all times. They must be obstinate leaders, adamant in their choices, strict in task allocation and deadline enforcement, and not hesitant to call the customer out if they aren't providing information, task progress, or making decisions on their end. The project manager must be brave in every way, yet change is unavoidable, therefore they must be flexible.

Why? Because

During the course of a project, customers nearly invariably modify their needs and objectives.

Customers are most likely to cause the most vexing adjustments. What people desire shifts. What they require shifts. Their organization evolves, and you find yourself working with a new sponsor or having your project prioritized higher or lower. There are several consumer changes that might have an impact on you and your project. Prepare yourself and try not to rip out your hair.

  • During an engagement, your project resources may need to be changed.

This isn't something that will happen on every project, but it is something that can happen on every job. When it occurs on the customer's end, it might be aggravating. When it happens on the delivery side of the project, it may have a substantial impact on the project - generally because another project required the exact personal resource that was on your team. Maintain calm, make suitable arrangements to strategically onboard additional project team members as needed, and do your best to communicate it to your project customer in a favorable perspective. The last thing you want to do is make the client nervous about any project resource modifications that need to be made.

  • Issues and risks will come up.

As understood in PMP Course online -  those risks you meticulously planned for at the start of the project? A couple of them will almost certainly come to light... and you'll have to react to them in order to either prevent or reduce their effects. The goal is to be prepared, to have a strategy in place, and to ensure that you've done your risk and problem preparation ahead of time. It's very crucial that this occurs so that you may constantly be proactive and in command.

  • Organizational changes can and do affect the projects that we manage.

Finally, events in our own companies will occasionally have an impact on our initiatives. Priorities may shift, and individuals may shift (one of our resources may be laid off or depart for a better opportunity with another business) ... It's difficult to know what will happen. And it's nearly hard to anticipate these kinds of shifts. The key is to be aware that they can occur and not to let them overwhelm you, causing you to react adversely and potentially take actions that are harmful to the project or projects' health.
