PMP Syllabus

Apart from PMP, CAPM is another most important certification course in Project management. The syllabus of CAPM is divided into ten chapters. The chapters are:

In this chapter, the course appliers have treated the process of project management.

Unlike PMP, CAPM treats the detailed technique of project initiation.

A skilled project manager needs to complete the project within a certain budget. So, Project cost analysis is the most important chapter of the CAPM course.
·         Project quality Measurement
The project manager needs to understand the project quality. So, project quality measurement is one of the most important chapters of CAPM.
